Ever since its release of the iPhone, Apple has taken itself to extreme heights and has provided the consumers with a whole new way to communicate and enjoy other amenities that modern technology allows. Even those things that seemed impossible to be done in a mobile phone are now very much possible. And just where are these various amenities obtained from? Apple has got this covered with their very own App Store.
Do check: Android vs iPhone: Which is better?
Apple’s App Store is a boatload of apps that somehow contribute to give life a little more convenience and entertainment. And because it is a store, you will have to shell out some dollars in order to enjoy the benefits that they bring. Good news for those who are suckers for freebies is that the App Store does contain apps that you can acquire for free. PCMag scoured through the thousands of apps to look for those hidden gems.
Realize that just because something is free, it does not necessarily translate to being cheap, in a negative kind of way. Looking at it in a bigger picture, the App store really is relatively new in the marketing world. And while the business is still making it way into figuring out how to attract new users and make money, it would be best to take advantage of acquiring and using decent apps that do not cost anything.

Do Check: Best iPhone apps for Brands
Note that those typical apps that already come pre-installed in the iPhone are not included in the list. Apps such as Siri, YouTube, Maps, Clocks, iTunes, and Music also get a fair share of usage. It was reckoned that they have been paid along with the purchase of the iPhone so they are not technically free. Further, they actually do not need to be downloaded anymore.
There are so many best iPhone apps that are worth paying for. There are, however, good ones that can be availed absolutely free of charge.
