Most people will know that mobile TV streaming is the process of viewing a programme on the move, usually available through a network, cable or satellite channel and transmitted through the internet. These programmes are usually viewable through an app or standard mobile browser. These are the basic facts of this process, however there are a number of ways a user can access mobile TV streaming services.
The most standard way that mobile TV streaming works is through the use of an app. Data is usually sent to one of these apps on a mobile device through the internet. This is usually incorporated into your data usage plan, but always check before making assumptions. The data is transmitted in an almost identical way to how it would be on a laptop or desktop computer. The app does all the conversions required (changing data files into sound and images) and you are ready to go.

There are many different streaming applications available on the various markets that are installed on today’s smartphones. All you need to get yourself started is a smartphone and the correct market/app store installed in order to gain access. Once you’ve downloaded the app, simply run it and register or enter your existing log in details and you’re ready to go.
There are some concerns about people running over their data allocation when it comes to streaming mobile TV programmes, and in some cases there are ways around this. Signing into a Wi-Fi hotspot is a cost-effective way of watching as much mobile video on demand as you like – although Wi-Fi hotspots aren’t always readily available.
Mobile video on demand is a great way of passing the time when out and about, but always make sure you have enough allowance left on your data plan as mobile TV streaming can really eat into it. Some Wi-Fi hotspots also restrict access to certain websites and other data streaming programmes, so be sure to check in advance before you make any concrete plans.

I am a big fan of mobile streaming tv. The one thing is you need a reliable carrier and an unlimited data plan which can be expensive. I like your idea about going to free hot spots to cut doen on the expense.
