Sorry to let you down, but I just bought the phone. Network problems, call quality is very poor and irritating… I feel like dumping the phone. Wasted Rs. 3000.
Very poor quality phone. Extremely Unsatisfied. Don’t go for it.
First time I’ve bought a Samsung phone and I already hate it!
Very frequent Restarts in phone. Do not buy the set, or you will regret. Instead, invest 2000 more and get a decent handset.
I should have known, if they are selling a 3G phone for 2900/- then it should be too good to be true, and so it turned out to be.

Yes mate, not all are bad, only most of them are – There are only a few good ones! I feel miserable jumping on to get the Samsung Jet, which is a major disappointment for the price when it was launched – 20,000!!!! For 20K, I don’t even get good Apps (proprietary O/S).

this phone name is hero. this phone design for basically India. low cost and 3g enable. good. but extra 3g facility is not provided such as video call, front camera etc. average good for me

Friend, why don’t u consider Hero E3213K?
Pros.:-
I own that phone.
Video Call with front cam. – Perfect.
Even though VGA Camera, It can record video even at 320×240 MP4(20 fps H.259 Format).
Video Playback – Mini HD (H.264) 320×240.
Picture quality is satisfactory for VGA.
Camera has Night Mode Feature.
Music Quality is good.
Sound quality is fine.
HSDPA 3.6 MBPS. – Too good for me.
(As far as i know. I Use BSNL 3G)
Tabbed Browsing.
JAVA with MiDP 2.0
Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP Support.
8GB Memory Support.
10-12 Days Standby in UMTS(3G) Mode.
21-23 Days Standby in GSM(2G) Mode.
Absolutely fine 4 me.
And ofcourse… I have put in an 8gb card.
Filled almost half of it.
No stucks, hangs.
Working fine.
Cons.:-
But it takes almost a minute to startup.
Bottom line:-
Very good (I mean Excellent) phone for Rs.3,000

This model doesn’t support dual sim … If you’re looking for dual sim then you can go for samsung hero 2232 but the con is no 3G 🙂 Anyways thanks for stopping by and commenting

I too faced the problem since i purchase. while typing msg it frequently restarts without any intimation. even on reporting the same at samsung service station they just flashed and returned back with no change in restarting performance !????

frequently it getting a problem like USB enable..
it is very Bad to him..
if u connect to system..it won’t show…if u remove it from system..same problem will repeat again
